Adaptivo

Quality control of IMRT and VMAT treatments based on information collected by EPID – no need to use phantoms. This software provides a true picture of the patient and the dose administered at each stage of treatment, improving the ability to adapt treatment plans when necessary.

Adaptivo not only automates the verification of pre-treatment and administered doses, but also uses daily CBCT to automatically compare daily and cumulative doses with the planned dose in 3D.

The software automatically imports and analyzes patient information, displays the information schematically on a control panel, and issues alerts for dose deviations that require intervention/change.

IMSure QA Software

Used for independent and accurate verification of monitor units (MU), dose, and overall validation

of 3D-CRT and IMRT/VMAT plans—no films, phantoms, or accelerator time required.

 

  • Unprecedented accuracy through the patented “3-Source Model” algorithm – Includes, in the dose calculation, the contribution of scatter caused by the flattening filter and the primary collimator.
  • Easy and intuitive verification of MU and comparative QC of IMRT plans.

LinacView

Log file analysis for all patients. Automatic verification of equipment performance for each fraction, without impacting workflow. Quickly identify and resolve the cause of irradiation problems that may interfere with treatment quality.

Automatically compares log files with the treatment plan during the patient’s treatment. The software continuously acquires new information and sends automatic alerts to verify the results. Values that are outside tolerance instantly generate an alert email for immediate action.

 

Collection of all treatment details.

Deviations between planned positions and measured positions during treatment are analyzed and summarized for each patient plan, indicating the possible causes for the detected error. It allows you to measure the temporal displacement of the blade positions and the percentage of Monitor Units administered, as well as to make comparisons regarding gantry angulation and the gamma index of the fluence map (planning VS treatment).
